Request a Replacement Bin or Bin Repair
Due to the developing situation and latest advice regarding COVID-19 (coronavirus), waste services are currently operating with a reduced number of staff.
As a result, some waste services, including bin and/or bag deliveries bin, have been suspended. This allows our available staff to focus on collecting general rubbish and recycling, helping to minimise disruption for our residents.
If you have ordered a new bin before 20 March 2020, and it has not been delivered, you will soon be contacted by a member of our team.
If you do not have a bin, or your bin is broken, we will collect your general waste from single-use sacks and your recycling from a reusable container. These sacks and/or containers must be provided by the householder.
All local councils across Buckinghamshire are working hard to minimise the impact on your recycling and waste collections and we appreciate your understanding and patience.
