All occupiers of mobile homes (whether owners or tenants) are protected by the law and cannot be forced to leave the park unless the site owner obtains a court order. The site owner is not allowed to harass occupiers.

Site Licences
The Council issues site licences for residential caravans and mobile homes for individual homes and parks containing multiple homes. It has powers to impose conditions in the licence relating to health and safety matters e.g. fire safety, electrical safety, sanitation and water supply. Site owners and managers must ensure that they comply with the licence conditions and the Council has powers to take action against site owners, if they breach the conditions.
