You can do this without having an account with us but if you do have an account and are signed in when you make a request:
We can pre-fill forms with your address and contact information (if you complete this in your profile).
You can see details of your requests and their progress logged in your account.
If you phone us about a request you've made, we will be able to see your request details quickly.
We can easily send you updates on the progress of your requests.
Remember, if your collection date was over two days ago, you can no longer raise a report.
