If you would like to improve your health and/or meet new people then why not get out and about with 'Simply Walk' (part of the National 'Walking the Way to Health initiative). The scheme provides a programme of led circular walks from various Chiltern towns and villages.
Chilterns 20-30s Walking Group organises half-day and full-day walks at weekends and full weekend trips, as well as regular social events.
