View your council tax online
If you pay council tax to Chiltern District Council, you may view your account online. You can use this service to check to see if a payment has been received, and to see how much council tax you are being charged for the current financial year and any other years you have been resident in the property.
To access your records and view your council tax account online, you will need to obtain a user-id and a password from the Revenues Office at Chiltern District Council.
There are two ways to do this:
- By email - please send an email to revenue@chiltern.gov.uk. In your email, please advise the office of your name, the address where you are registered to pay your council tax, and your mobile telephone number or home telephone number.
- By telephone - please telephone the office on (01494) 732077. Our staff will take your details and advise you of what you need to do next.
Once you have registered, you will receive in writing your user-id and password. This will be sent to the billing address that your council tax demand notice is sent to.
Please note that you will be able to change your user-id and password the first time you use the service.
