Simply Walk

Walk your way to health

Walk your way to health

"Simply Walk" is a locally organised scheme, developed to encourage people to start walking and promote walking for health.

No car? No excuse!

All our walks are on or near bus routes.  Call traveline public transport info 0870 608 2608 or visit http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/travelinfo

Do I need to book?
No, just turn up on time and you'll be welcome!

Don't worry if you are not used to regular exercise or are recovering from illness.  Our Simply Walk leaders will encourage you to walk at your own pace to enable you to build up your strength and stamina.  We aim to accommodate everyone as far as possible.

Did you know?
1 in 3 of us are not active enough to stay healthy.  We should all aim for 30 minutes of moderate activity at least 5 days a week.  A brisk walk is ideal.
