Under Section 32 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 Local Authorities have the power to provide Off-Street Parking.
The Chiltern District Council Off-Street Parking Places Order 2004 (as amended) defines the conditions for use of off-street parking within the Chiltern District area and the action that can be taken if the Order is breached.
