Local Plan Saved Policies
On 28th September 2007, the Secretary of State directed that a number of policies in the Adopted Chiltern District Local Plan could be 'saved'.
On the 15th November 2011, the Council adopted the Core Strategy for Chiltern District. Some of the policies within the Core Strategy supersede or replace those in the Adopted Local Plan.
Any policies not saved, or which have been superseded or replaced, are no longer in force and have been struck through in the Adopted Local Plan Written Statement and where applicable, removed from the Adopted Proposals Map.
Any remaining policies will continue to be used to determine planning applications.
