Joint Consultation Database

Chiltern District Council and South Bucks District Council have a new joint Consultation database used to notify organisations and individuals who have expressed an interest in being kept informed at key stages of the production of planning documents such as the Emerging Chiltern and South Bucks Local Plan (2014-2036)Supplementary Planning Documents (SPDs) and Neighbourhood Plans. This database covers both Council areas. We use this database to consult on the production of new documents or updates to existing planning documents, in accordance with the methods as set out in our Statement of Community Involvement.

If wish your details to be added to the joint Planning Policy Consultation Database you must make this request to us in writing. A Consent Form is available to download on the right hand side of this page.

You can opt to have your details removed from the database at any point. From time to time we may also contact you to in order to check whether you still wish to remain on the database.

Chiltern District Council and South Bucks District Council are the data controllers for the purposes of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Please note: by registering to the database you may receive notifications of plans which are not related to the area or District you live in.


Action Required to continue to receive notifications

Prior to the joint database both Councils each had a single Consultation Database. If you are currently registered on either of these databases, and wish to receive notifications going forward, then you must register your details to the joint database to continue to receive these notifications.

Data Protection regulations do not permit the Councils to alter or transfer your personal information without your written consent.
