1APP - Forthcoming Changes for the Submission of Planning and Related Applications
Planning Applications Online:
You can now use the Planning Portal to submit your application online and make payments, or download forms for submitting a Planning Application; and use PublicAccess to track progress of existing applications. Please Note that on or after 10th August 2006 the majority of Planning Applications and ALL Listed Building Consent Applications submitted to the Council will need to be accompanied by Design and Access Statements.
There are also changes to National Legislation for Applications for
Outline Planning Permission and Reserved Matters.

Use the Chiltern Adopted Local Plan and interactive proposals map to find out which policies apply to you and how they affect planning decisions. View documents related to the emerging Chiltern Local Development Framework which will eventually replace the Local Plan.

Use our Meetings and Minutes section to find out about planning application reports & recommendations submitted to Chiltern District Council as well as subsequent decisions together with decisions on planning applications determined by the Head of Planning Services under delegated powers.
