Chiltern District Council - Waste Management

Businesses, householders and even professional fly-tippers illegally dump rubbish. There are environmental protection and public health laws designed to make sure that people store and dispose of waste properly. They help to reduce the spread of disease and pests such as rats and the threat from potential pollutants.

We aim to clear fly-tips on highways and areas of public land within 5 working days of them being reported but the sooner we know about them, the sooner we can get them cleared.

You can help to improve your neighbourhood, and control and reduce this problem by reporting instances of fly-tipping to the Waste Management team.
