Welcome to Chiltern Planning Policy
Chiltern District Council's Planning Policy documents set the context for development in the District, governing the decisions made on planning applications and what types of development are suitable for each area.
The reforms to the way development plans are written mean that in the future the Local Plan with be replaced by the Local Development Framework and its accompanying documents.
