About us
The Chiltern Community Partnership was set up in recognition that some of the challenges faced by Chiltern require multi-agency solutions and by developing a more united approach we can improve the quality of life in the district even further.
Central Government also actively encourages the development of Local Strategic Partnerships.
The partnership is driven by a Steering Group made up of a balance of interests including representative from the town councils, district councillors, voluntary sector, primary care trust, local business, Bucks County Council, local housing authority and leisure providers.
The steering group decides the overall direction of the partnership and plays a strong role in setting the agenda for debate and action by the whole partnership.
The Community Plan is Chiltern District's Community Strategy. It guides the work of the partnership.
