Flats and communal areas
Refuse
Refuse is collected on a weekly basis from flats and communal areas in bulk bins that are provided by the management company. Only waste inside the bins will be collected. This is a domestic refuse collection service so no bulky household items will be collected. If you have any bulky waste items to be collected please refer to Bulky Collections for large items.
The management company are responsible for the provision and repairs of the refuse bins, please contact them direct with any issues.
Recycling
In some larger complexes bulk paper recycling bins are located on site. These bins are collected on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending on the usage of the bin. In the smaller complexes and for glass recycling, individual boxes can be issued to individual properties. Please refer to your collection calendar for your collection dates. Please contact us for clarification on where the boxes are to be left for collection. We do not provide collection of Cans & Plastics from flats and communal areas.
