Dog Fouling
'Bag it and bin it' - always carry plastic bags to clear up after your dog. Dog bins are provided across the district.
You can report dog fouling, an overflowing dog bin or request an additional dog bin* using the Report It Online facility.
*If it is established that an additional dog bin is required the recommendation will be passed to the Town/Parish Council as they pay for installing and emptying these bins. Extra bins are fitted at the discretion of the Town/Parish Council.
It is an offence not to clear up your dog's mess in a designated area. An on-the-spot fine can be issued. Designated areas are:
1) All roads and verges adjoining roads with speed limits of 40mph or less.
2) Open spaces in the following areas:
