New Tree Preservation Order regulations
The Town and Country Planning (Tree Preservation) (England) Regulations 2012 came into force on 6 April 2012. These replace all previous regulations, put all Tree Preservation Orders onto the same footing and consolidate existing legislation into one new set of regulations.
