Customer Services aim to provide an efficient and friendly service to deal with all face to face transactions and reception enquiries, provide the Council's switchboard service and undertake Housing, Revenues and Waste Management telephone enquiries.

Customer Services Advisors can undertake enquiries and process transactions across all council service areas and can provide information and contact details for partner organisations.
A Planning Duty Officer is available from 9.00 - 12.30 Monday to Friday.
A housing duty officer for homelessness is available during visitor opening hours. When the offices are closed a separate out of hours telephone service is provided for emergency situations - 01732 781903
Bucks Registration Service undertakes appointments in Customer Services Wednesday afternoons and all day Thursday. Appointments may be booked by calling 01494 475200 and requesting an appointment at Chiltern.
