Chiltern Building Control are actively involved in the Local Authority Building Control partnership scheme. This innovative and modern approach to obtaining Building Regulations approval allows any company to partner with CDC Building Control to provide a single point of contact for all applications in England and Wales.
Partners enjoy the following benefits
- Consistent interpretation of the regulations
- A special relationship and understanding of their design and conservation method
- Co-ordination between Chiltern DC Building Control and the inspecting authority on their behalf.
There is no additional cost for using the scheme and no contractual commitment . Plan checking for specific projects may be dealt with locally if desired.
