Penalty Charge Notices - PCN
If you do not buy and clearly display a ticket for the correct amount or if you ignore the parking regulations (lines and signs), you will be issued with a Penalty Charge Notice.

Whilst processing PCNs, the registered keeper details of vehicles may be requested from the DVLA.
What to do if you receive a PCN
Don't ignore a PCN, it won't go away. Follow the payment instructions on the PCN. There is a discount for paying within 14 days of issue.
Pay a PCN (parking ticket)
You can pay a PCN online using our secure site or the automated telephone payment line 08453052148. NB should you wish to challenge the PCN and appeal, do not pay.
