Planning application: Newland Park

CH/2010/0976/FA - Proposal: Redevelopment of site to provide 326 new dwellings (Use Class C3), including conversion of Grade II listed manor house and associated buildings and erection of new fitness and sports facilities (Use Class D1) and energy/recycling centre.

CH/2010/0977/HB - Proposal: Internal and external alterations to Grade II listed manor house to provide 10 new dwellings, refurbishment of associated garden buildings, restoration of garden wall partially enclosing historic garden to south of manor house, internal and external alterations to allow conversion of historic stable building to provide 4 new dwellings, refurbishment of historic gardener's cottage, internal and external alterations to entrance lodge and refurbishment of lodge to west.
