Chesham Leisure Centre
Chesham Leisure Centre is situated at the top of White Hill, behind Chesham Grammar School.
The Leisure Centre has recently undertaken a refurbishment of its gym, offering state of the art exercise equipment. A dedicated Spinning Studio is situated within the gym also. The staff are on hand to help you with your training regime, and if you need a little extra motivation, Personal Trainers could help you further achieve your fitness goals.
Chesham Leisure Centre - activity timetable
The Centre has a 25 metre swimming pool. On offer also are a variety of swimming pool sessions, including water aerobics, swimming lessons and junior & toddler splash sessions.
The fitness studio is on the ground floor and offers aerobics classes including zumba, aerobics, pilates, spinning and body pump.
If you enjoy team / racket sports, badminton, football, basketball and volleyball is on offer. Sports Clubs, including gymnastics, basketball and badminton are within this Centre. See Reception Staff for information.
If you want to try something more adventurous, why not try PARKOUR? A new parkour club has been set up for ages 13-19, using the gym pit at Chesham Leisure Centre. It is extremely popular. For more information contact David Booth, Raans Gymnastics Club - telephone 07966 824599.
