Chiltern Pools Amersham
Chiltern Pools, based in Amersham, has a great range of fitness facilities to suit all.
The swimming pool has six lanes and a separate leisure pool with flumes. Swimming and improver lessons are available for children and adults.

The gym, recently refurbished, offers a wide range of cardio and fitness equipment. Expert staff are on hand to help you reach your fitness goals, and if you need that little bit more motivation, a personal trainer could help.
A fully equipped studio offers a wide variety of exercise classes, ranging from body conditioning, spinning, step aerobics, body pump to the more relaxing pilates and yoga. Classes run throughout the day.
If you are more adventurous, the indoor climbing wall may be something for you. Visit 'The Climb' page for more information on the facilities available. If you have not tried this before, lessons are available.
If the gym is not for you, there is an outdoor multi use sports pitch available for hire. You can use it to have a kick-about with friends. The multi use pitch is floodlit to ensure you can play all year round.

There is ample parking outside Chiltern Pools. Disabled spaces available.
