Affordable Housing SPD
The Affordable Housing Supplementary Planning Document (the SPD) has been prepared to provide guidance on how to implement the affordable housing policies (CS8, CS10, CS11) within the Adopted Core Strategy. The SPD provides further information and guidance about the size and tenure of affordable housing provision required from larger developments, as well as setting a level for financial contributions for affordable housing from small housing sites.
The Affordable Housing SPD was formally adopted by the Council on 21st February 2012.
